I reckon Pandaren will be the last to get them. Otherwise I agree with the people saying the Warfront armor makes them last in line. I'd say it depends on what route they take. It would be hilarious If nelfs for troll armour since they come from trolls. Expect Draenei, Trolls, and Pandaren to get heritage sets first. I'm not saying I think it's a good thing, it's how I figure Blizz will look at it. I'd imagine that Night Elves, Forsaken, Humans, and Orcs are pretty much last-in-line for heritage armor, since they have plenty of thematic sets from the warfronts.
